The Story behind the Shot

“As Covid hit and the world was changed forever, I was forced to quit my job in the Maldives and come back home to Spain, uncertain about the future. During these depressing times, I managed to find a job in the Cap de Creus as a Diving Instructor. After working in tropical seas for a couple of years, I thought diving home was going to be boring: I was proven wrong by the stunning beauty of the Cap de Creus. Walls of Violescent Sea Whip and White Gorgonians, covering the rocks and cracks on the reef, along with schools of Barracudas, Sea Breams and Groupers, so many you couldn’t even count them. I thought the Med was dead: I have never been as wrong in my life.”
